How do I place an order?
Simply browse our magical collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Our fairy checkout system will guide you through the payment process with your preferred method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account lets our fairy database remember your preferences and makes future orders quicker! Plus, you’ll get updates on special promotions and new arrivals.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send a magic link to your email to reset it. If the fairy dust gets lost, contact our customer service team.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payments through PayPal for extra convenience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! Our payment system is protected by the strongest fairy magic (also known as SSL encryption). We never store your full payment details in our system.
Why was my payment declined?
This could happen for several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank’s security measures. Try again or contact your bank. If problems persist, our fairy godmothers can help troubleshoot.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All our magical parcels depart from our enchanted warehouse in Plymouth, Michigan (1718 Eagle Drive, to be exact!).
What shipping options are available?
We offer two enchanted delivery options:
- Standard Royal Carriage (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 USD, arrives 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
- Free Fairy Express (EMS): FREE on orders $50+, arrives 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our delivery owls fly worldwide, though some remote areas and parts of Asia might be beyond even our magical reach. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by carrier pigeon (or email). You can follow your package’s magical journey right to your doorstep!
Why is my package taking longer than expected?
Sometimes pixie dust runs low or royal carriages get delayed by dragons. Customs clearance can also add time. If it’s been more than the estimated delivery window, contact our customer service fairies for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your magical item doesn’t spark joy (though we can’t imagine why!), you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Contact our fairy godmothers at [email protected] to begin the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
We certainly do! If you need a different size, color, or simply a different sparkle, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through our magical exchange process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the fairy postage. For other returns, the customer is responsible unless the item is defective. We’ll provide clear instructions when you initiate your return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our treasure keepers to process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

All our products are authentic Disney merchandise, officially licensed to spread magic throughout the realm. We work directly with authorized distributors to ensure every item meets Disney’s high standards.
Do you sell products for adults and children?

How do I care for my Tiny World Shop clothing?
To keep the magic alive, we recommend gentle washing with similar colors and avoiding high heat when drying. Specific care instructions come with each enchanted garment.
Are the toys safe for young children?
All our toys meet strict safety standards. Please check age recommendations on each product, as some collectibles may contain small parts not suitable for very young princes and princesses.

Currently, our enchanted warehouse in Plymouth, Michigan isn’t open to the public, but who knows what the future holds? All our magic is currently channeled into our online shop!
